If you have any respect for yourself, do not work here. It exploits vulnerable individuals, all while offering a deceptive facade of community and growth opportunities. The turnover rate is extremely high—most people last only two days. As someone who worked remotely on the administrative side, I experienced firsthand the toxic environment. My boss, David, deceived me about work availability, cowardly letting me believe I was still employed for three weeks after he’d fired me. He didn't even have the balls to tell me himself, and I had to find out from a friend. I was left without pay during that time, losing thousands of dollars. The company is doomed to fail, driven by a toxic culture and a boss who clearly lacks the maturity and leadership skills needed to run a team. Don’t waste your time here.
