work from home, flexibility and that is about it honestly

no growth, even though that is what they promise little to no pay increase or bonuses managment just adds more to your work load instead of hiring more staff huge turnover rate no attiquite training did i mention there are no raises? just some bs cola increase managers lie and make promises and the list goes on and on
