      Work / Life Balance for employees Great benefits Packages Reimbursement for Gym Memberships Monthly Pizza Team Meetings Flexibility in hours Creative and supportive co-workers

      Cons

      Catalyst has great clients, however, when consulting with different projects, workflow can tend to be cyclical. It is something that new employees need to adjust to. With this said, the projects that Catalyst works on are very interesting and engaging
