      Pros

      Decent pay, but they lie to you about annual bonuses/raises and will often promise people a bonus and then never pay it out

      Cons

      Upper management is a joke. They are cruel, needlessly malicious, and speak disrespectfully about their clients and employees. They put people on their business proposals to RFP/RFIs that don't even work there anymore.

      Pros

      Catalyst is working hard to provide a great work-life balance, in addition to keeping our team connected even though we are a remote work force. I have appreciated the Wellness Wednesday and other events that Catalyst has been providing for us monthly.

      Cons

      There isn't many complaints, Catalyst is a place where you can be nurtured and challenged at the same time.
