Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help and talk with you.

Did not always fill me in on what was going on within the company.

Catalyst Biosciences is a small company with a team that works diligently on advancing the company's programs. The co-workers genuinely care for each other and want the company to succeed. The workforce brings the diversity and depth of experience in all the different disciplines, including drug development and all the G&A functions. Colleagues check in frequently on the projects and ask whether they can be helpful. This is a place where providing feedback to the management team is welcome. I have seen employees bring up ideas on improving processes, changing the status quo. Employees' voices are heard and the management team considers each employee's feedback.

I do not have specific items that I would like changed. Catalyst is a good place to join.
