Pros
Nice colleagues but that was it.
Cons
- No appreciation for your efforts or your unpaid overtime work - Only real interest this company has is the money - Lack of transparency: major decisions regarding future plans are announced by emails in a sentence with no further explanations - Overworked people that won't do what their job is supposed to - Only way of getting things done is to chase people - No upper support when it comes about team/project improvements unless it has a massive financial impact - Inappropriate comments from board members towards dark skinned employees - Lots of gossiping - No personal development plans - No training opportunities (for development) - Stuck by having to deal with old projects that were created in a horrible way ages ago - Expensive parking - High interest expressed on how the company looks on Glassdoor but not as to why people are unhappy Advice to people thinking about going to an interview at Castleton: If you want to work in a professional environment, learning new technologies, wanting to develop new skills, this is definitely NOT the place. Few workplaces are worst than this one. Save yourself the time and trouble and avoid disappointment.
