      Small New England College, lovely campus, many great colleagues

      Cons

      The culture does not support faculty growth and pursuing a further degree. Teaching load too heavy and not enough academic support services for students.

      Tutors are allowed to read, do homework, and do other activities during times when there are no students. Helping fellow students out brings satisfaction.

      Benefits - medical, retirement fund, free classes for employee, free tuition for dependents. Sense of community.

      Cons

      No transparency from upper management. Too much change in too short amount of time.
