Pros
Since Castleton works for Swedish and UK companies so you can get a good knowledge of EU accounting. Salary always on time. No work pressure but within a time period you will have to complete the work.
Cons
Management is worst. Salary is very low. No annual function, no festivals celebration you just have to work like normal day. No bonus Not that much of hike in annual increment
