- fast paced - young environment, good energy - nice office with nice perks

Cons

- lack of clear direction from management, lack of planning with constant changes that could happen overnight - unrealistic workload, seems like a culture where you have to constantly firefight - lack of recognition in the work done - seem to focus on numbers and $$, not so much about the employees from the management
