Above market rate salary, but expectations are higher than your pay grade Upper management lacks a clear vision and direction for the staff but still maintain "high expectations" so employees exhaust themselves running around in circles Really poor internal communications so most teams have no idea what other departments are doing. Guidance and upskilling of staff is not high on the priorities here. Career prospects are limited

Compensation packages are severely lowballed, way below market standard. They rely on underpaying young professionals, trapping them under high-pressure PUA tactics, resulting in extremely high employee turnover.If you are an experienced professional, protect your intellectual property.
