Great commission and incentives to bill plus extra rewards for hard work Senior management work hard to stamp out negativity and toxicity and make sure everybody is enjoying their job There is a mentorship scheme to help you progress Clear pathway for promotion
Cons
There was some staff churn in 2022/23 but this was because there were some toxic employees and the culture needed to be fixed, it's back on track now and the team are amazing Hours can occasionally be long but that's normal for recruitment There are KPIs and targets but these are lower than I've had at previous companies
