A few coworkers tried to be decent, and that was about the only thing that made the days tolerable.
Cons
It felt like I was always guessing what was going on because the managers rarely said anything straight, I put in long days, burned gas, and kept being told things that never actually happened . There was a constant vibe of fear, like one wrong move and you were next, and that stress never really shut off. I watched harassment get brushed aside and lies treated like normal communication. Favor was clearly given to a small circle, and if you were outside of it, you felt disposable. The whole setup felt unethical. My advice, beware before getting pulled into the same mess.
