Pros

Customers are happy to buy since they need to maintain oil, on hand. Overall customer satisfaction is excellent. Fellow employees are pleasant. Clean lunch room.

Cons

No value placed on developing employees. No career path, dead end jobs, even after countless years of tenure.Tell newby's most jobs here dictate 24/7 on call, not listed on job descriptions. This is truly unnecessary, again pointing to mismanagement during work hours. Job descriptions have no measurable duties so just coming to work is enough? Draconian policies.

Pros

Loved working in this industry because I knew it very well after being in this field so long. Enjoyed the growth in learning different aspects in the oil industry as well as the challenges.

Cons

Loved working with the company itself but after working with a manager who didn't have people skills and used discriminating language as well as putting a little to much pressure on one person to get everything done. I am a humble person and I helped a way I could but I think because of me being a good worker...I was pushed to do above and beyond of what one person was able to do which most wouldn't be able to achieve.
