The comradery amongst the employees helps to support each other and perform their tasks efficiently
Cons
Owner's do not care for their employees. They do not share company statistics on how well the company has performed as a whole per quarter or even year. Employee retention is forced as there are many situations upper management will manipulate in their favor to minimize pay, but force long working hours.
They speak of how the company is a family and how the companies success is our success, but you don't see or feel the accomplishment.
The office spaces is also a safety hazard with tripping hazard spread throughout and permanently fixed to the floor.
