What a disaster - Management Castelli (Italy) Employee Review

Low pay. Company was taken over private equity (pe) group and culture shifted away from caring about people and just focused on how they (pe) can sell the company 3 down the road for 3 unes what they put it. They treat the employees in Italy as factory robots where everyone has to check in and check out of the building. Management seems more worried about counting how many minutes are people inside a building that the work they do. It’s very old style management culture with low appreciation for women at work and the size of their egos easily surpassing their intellects which reflects in the mediocre company performance.
