Pros
The managers genuinely care about their employees and know exactly what everyone does. Everyone from the CEO down helps out, including working outside with the plant employees. There is very little turnover inside the office, which says a lot about the management.
Cons
Sometimes communication wasn't as good as it could have been. Also there was a lot of turnover in the plant, possibly due to the amount of work required and the fact that the work was almost exclusively outside in the weather (although it was never unsafe and management encouraged hydration and closed down in bad weather).
