CAST is an exceptional company—built on world-class technology and an outstanding group of people. The CEO is a passionate, direct, and deeply committed leader. The President treats the company like it’s his life’s work, and the CTO is one of the most brilliant minds I’ve worked with.
In a high-growth environment, not everyone succeeds—some struggle to keep up with the pace and expectations. That’s part of the reality. Yes, it’s true — the President of the company is deeply passionate about CAST mission. When he sees that a professional isn't delivering results, he can become more hands-on. But that typically stems from someone not stepping up to close the opportunities already in motion ... not from a desire to micromanage for its own sake.
