Unfortunately that doesn’t always work out and from time to time, like in any business, we sometimes have to part company with team members. We develop new starters with a clear training plan to give them every chance of success within Caspian and have a great track record in creating leading financial advisors. A part of the training plan does include a short period of contacting customers who we have previously quoted that did not go ahead whilst the trainee develops basic financial advice skills.
