The culture at Cask is appealing. There are several Work Life Balance opportunities such as gym allowance, exercise challenges and flexible work schedules. The company believes in promoting from within first and providing necessary training for its employees. The company believes in giving back to the community with volunteering events. Cask believes in transparency between Management and Employee by keeping everyone informed with the direction the company is pursuing and the status of work being bid on. The benefits options are more than some of my previous companies.

The company has experienced turnover for various reasons over the last several years.

Basically, everything. They take care of you, as a person. The leadership is wonderful, they take an interest in both the professional development and personal lives of all their consultants. It's a small company with a wonderful small company culture and amazing benefits. I really, honestly enjoyed coming into work in the mornings, and it's no shock to me that they consistently end up in Consulting Magazine's top 10 small firms to work for.

There were some projects that lead to a lot of (mostly) uncompensated overtime, though at both management and senior management levels they tried to ensure appropriate compensation.
