      Some great people. Struggling for any others.

      Cons

      Too many egos. Too many bullies. No team ethic. Senior leaders out for themselves. No product. No service. Slow paced. No appetite for business. Misleading interviews.

      Not a bad culture, flexible working. Average benefits.

      Cons

      Short sighted exec leadership who whilst claiming to want the company in a new direction, struggle with anything other than short term decisions. This is a company lining up to be sold by their investors, and as such everything feels on hold. Shame, it could be so much betterm
