Where to start....? Atrocious management, kind of behaviour and competence that would normally get someone fired will earn them a promotion in cashfac Many of the """managers""" don't even have university degrees, they just blagged their way up Homophobia, racism, bullying, shouting & swearing, tantrums Stone-age technology No proper procedures or processes but not agile either - just a big old mess Lies, lies, lies everywhere - managers always looking for a fall guy in order to save themselves Recently laid off a number of people in very unprofessional manner - more to come, as the company is in dire straits due to foolish decisions by upper management Contracts being lost left and right, stuck in a downward spiral All the best employees leave (for obvious reasons) leaving the dregs behind I give this place another 2 years at most before everything goes irreversibly belly up Stay away, and don't believe all the positive reviews on this site - they are fake, written by management (many of us were asked to write one but I just can't do it)
