- We are pioneering an industry, the ecommerce in the Philippines and this will certainly boost the career of all of us, even mine, as we are the first one in this industry - New projects which are always challenging and innovating - Our growth and support we gets from our loyal client, the awards we are winning, there is nothing more rewarding - Our team which is young, passionated and the party we are having every month - And... the number of holidays to compensate hardworking and long hours in the office :)

- The pressure which never goes down, you have to stay at the best of your game - Open space which give me hard time to concentrate sometimes - Specificity of the market which make every decision more complicated than in the US such as delivering a product outside Luzon - Aggressive competition / competitors with really bad or under the belt practices

Here you can find unconventional professionalism that is not distinct by high-end suits or typical office apparel. The executives are greatly amicable, convivial to insights, and are not wrapped in walls. Communications are typically practical and objective. The work atmosphere can be very challenging, perfect to those who long for fast-paced situation.

The company does not offer considerable career progress. May lack in-depth analyses of job descriptions versus actual influence, manpower rations and reflections, and do not seem to have a vivid picture of the entire practices. If you are lucky, you will land in an underrated team.
