Pros

For those who are willing to work 21 hours a day, you will probably make as much as the "C" titles monthly salary. Obviously, from the statement above, the company offers overtime while most companies do not. Casual dress attire There are company benefits (medical, dental, vision)

Cons

For those who are not willing to work 21 hours a day, you will make a decent rate of pay The company mandates overtime daily, there have been times when one must work 14 days straight before you receive a day off. Keep in mind, you do have a choice to decline only if you are prepared to loose your job. Management is repulsive. Although it is nice to have a benefit program extended; it is comparable to what the market it charging for you to have your own coverage. No work life balance. No support from management. A lot of backstabbing in this company. If you are not at the top, be sure to always keep documentation and consider trusting no one but yourself. I do not know one person who would say they are "proud" to work at CashCall. Most employees will always say "welcome to cash" and laugh I am writing this review in case anyone is seriously considering CashCall. Realize, if you are prepared to give up everything, sign your life away to hell, and loose all your humanity then this is the perfect place for you. If you are not prepared for that, run, run fast, and never under any circumstance should you ever ever look back.
