Pros

I have never worked in an environment that cared so much about their employees like Cash Practice does! One of my favorite things about the company is that they are always open to feedback and ideas. If you have an idea of how to improve something or just want your voice heard, they will listen. It is a family-type work place and we are always doing fun activities as a team to help build rapport and boost morality. I am a strong believer that when you take the time to appreciate and attend to your employees, that it improves the work they do and Cash Practice does a great job at making sure we stay motivated with fun team bonding events and quarterly bonuses based off a points system.

Cons

Breaks are only 10 mins instead of 15 but I wouldn't consider that a huge con, just personal preference. We are still getting paid either way!

Pros

It was easy to take this job, because it actually checked off ALL my qualifications for a perfect workplace for me. First and foremost, employees are treated like people first, and are rewarded, valued, and supported. Our CEO himself takes our input and welcomes all suggestions and ideas. Training is the BEST I have ever gotten at any job I have ever had. It is thorough, and I always felt supported and encouraged, and therefore became quickly confident and was able to learn quickly. I have always felt very invested in by my supervisors and bosses. This company takes your growth, and health and happiness seriously, professionally and personally. Not to mention, a free massage once a month, and monthly bday celebrations, which means free food! Great people to work with, and a comfortable atmosphere in a nice, easy location.

Cons

I can't really think of any cons to list out. Even when it's extra busy and I might be stressed (just like I would be at any any job), it's worth it, because I am recognized and appreciated for my hard work!
