Store-level employees are helpful, understanding, and do their best to make customers and coworkers feel comfortable despite having to manage rude and demeaning behavior from management. Pay is great and benefits are nice.
Cons
Frontline management demonstrated ongoing deficiencies, and upper management showed a clear unwillingness to address or correct them. The absence of accountability created a dysfunctional work environment and eroded trust in leadership. The store struggles to retain employees due to the way management communicates with staff; employees are frequently degraded and yelled at, creating a hostile and disrespectful workplace that drives high turnover.
