Pros

- Good Infrastructure. - I wish I could write something more in this section.

Cons

- Whatever things I am about to mention here are as true as we all know that days are brighter than night. I have never reviewed any other company before, but I am doing it now just to save careers of so many hard working and deserving candidates out there. - Just DO NOT join this company. Everything you are promised at the time of hiring is 100% wrong. Management and HR team are 24 carat pure LIERS. - First 1 or 2 months will be good for you then torturing will get started. They will start forcing you to sit late at night and you will start working around 10-11 hours everyday. No work life balance at all. - They believe that employees are also programming device. You have to work like robot in this company. Each and everything you do will be marked and there is a hidden eye on you everytime you are in this company. They will also note how many times you are going to washroom. - Talking about knowledge, Most of the seniors in this company DO NOT have any knowledge about new technologies. Most of them only knows how to maintain excel sheet. They don't do anything. Everything will be assigned on your name and you will be responsible if anything goes wrong. You are on your own in this company. Seniors and Managers are there just to make your life even more worse. - Being frank, increment is around 3000-4000 INR annually (which is too less compared to other companies). If you are senior or manager or a good looking girl then there is no bar for your salary. - Some managers here have already ruined one of their previous venture or company. They failed miserably while running their previous firm because of their arrogant attitude. They just don't respect their employees at all. They treat them like their slaves. And I am 100% sure this is going to be their next failure. - You need to serve 3 months of notice period here. Even if you have completed your work and project handling then also they will not allow you to leave early. If you request them to leave you early then they will not provide you release letter and experience letter. - They have recently came up with new policy which says, if a employee is searching for a new job then they have to inform first.!!! I mean seriously? Who does that? I am sure you have never ever came across such policy in any of the company in this world. - Join some other company guys. If you join some other company then you will grow technically and salary wise both. You will grow drastically within 2 years in other companies. I have wasted my time here and didn't get anything positive. - Even those who are working here for 7-8 years are still working as a developer only. No Growth at all. - Around 90% of employees here are unhappy and eagerly searching for other company. There life is like hell. Only rest of the 10% who are managers, seniors and good looking girls are enjoying here. - You all are smart enough and that's why there is no need to specify that all the positive reviews are written by their HR team and Managers themselves. So that doesn't count at all. No employee (current or former) will ever recommend you this company. - Beware of this company guyz. DO NOT play with your career.

Pros

The software has only one moat with security for the Federal Government. Some good people but leadership is lost. It's all about the numbers. Former CEO Haresh had it all right.

Cons

Big leadership changes with Zero experience in the Legal Space. Company is focused on big government contracts where they are only one of 6 companies that can do the work. All development focus is on FOIA. Top talent either quit (Some very abruptly) or shown the door because they disagree with management. Says they are GenAI focused but has not released a working product to customers. Does not service the law firms side of the business and does not have a transactional product to sell to land customers. Long sales cycles and management acts like they are selling the only product on the market. Not part of the Gartner or Forester list. Active Class Action Litigation
