Pros
I've been at the company for 18 months and I can't see what all the issues are about. I've constantly been pushed on by both management and directors and they've been supportive in anything I've asked for. I'm not sure if any of the employees from the previous reviews have worked in other companies or this was their first job, but a working environment is not always sunshine and rainbows, there's high pressure, challenges, disagreements but you need to work around them and come out better on the other side. Some people will really get their eyes opened after moving on and working in other offices. This is not primary school where you will be constantly looked after, you need to push yourself on and have some personal ambition, and that's where I think the previous employees on here have struggled.

I really don't have many negative things to point out, maybe that's just my own personal experience and opinion
