Poor Expereince - Intern Caseable Employee Review

At the time, they had hired a great group of people from all different countries

- Poor leadership - Only hired externally instead of internally promoting - No idea how to handle conflict within the workplace - No support when learning a new job from upper management, only my direct manager was helpful - The product isn't even a good, and was a stretch at the time to call it "eco-friendly" - Constantly called and asked to do things after work hours - Big sexist vibes - how come the men were treated differently than women? When bringing up an issue with management, my colleague and I were constantly told to "calm down" and "stop being dramatic" when we were calm and were simply trying to come to a solution.

It feels like a big family and managers are very flexible on working hours and contracts.

There are not enough senior management that knows how to train and lead employees forward in terms of skills. Budget is also difficult at times
