      Pros

      Great work-life balance and excellent benefits. Senior management has been fantastic to work with. The CEO is highly knowledgeable about the business world and regularly shares valuable insights with the team. I truly feel supported and heard.

      Cons

      Some processes may make you laugh, but as long as you don’t have a fixed mindset, you will succeed.
