They promote from within, they pay well, lots of continuing education. Case & Associates was the first property management company I worked for. Barb was my Regional and she was amazing. They are a fun company and always helpful.
Cons
I was an excellent Leasing Agent who was able to raise a properties occupancy percentage with qualified, verified residents in a few months or less. Because of this I was sent to properties that needed residents that could pay and would stay. Sometimes these properties were rough but I can understand the logic . I just preferred to stay at one property.
