+Really fast-growing company with fast-paced work +Will give anyone a shot. High-school/GED -only friendly with opportunity for advancement +Vast majority of staff is nice and very hard-working +Food during snow events, including TONS of available hours +Beautiful facilities with WFH options for full-time staff +Decently thoughtful and kind leadership +Seasonal, so more room to play on summers
Cons
-Leadership is quite disorganized. Drops the ball sometimes -Hours can be exhausting depending on position in company and time of year -Hasn't nailed-down contractor relationship formation, which can make practices seem a bit shady -Does not leverage the advice of ground staff, nor contractors for improvement -Retention of decent seasonal staff is a bit absent. Turnover is abysmal.
