Lack of communication, clarity, professionalism, organization, budgeting and planning.
Lack of departmental agency.
Micromanagement by upper management
Lack of accountability.
Lack of meaningful safety culture.
Poor documentation, though this was improving.
Engineering department is too green. Most office staff jobs have been a revolving door.
There is nothing I can say that other reviewers haven't already said. NJIT students especially, don't be afraid to message someone on Linkedin to ask what it's like, they're mostly alumni. It truly is what you make of it. If you can make it there you can make it anywhere.
