      flexibility, little micromanagement, great co-workers

      Cons

      management out of touch with employee and patient needs, straight hourly pay without ANY benefits (PTO, holiday pay, insurance, etc)., overall punitive and negative environment and culture

      Experience of Company, Knowledgeable Staff, Various Services, Longevity of Company, Friendly Environment and Some Opportunity for Advancement.

      Competitive advancement, must of the staff is highly educated.

      Pros

      Pretty laid back environment Work load is not overbearing Most workers are friendly.

      Cons

      CEO is never in the building. The person left in charge is not qualified to efficiently run the clinic (no healthcare experience). Can be stressful because instead of focusing on patient care quality, admin is looking for ways to fire unless you are part of their "clique".
