I worked at Cascaid for 8 years and for the majority of that time, described it as the best place I'd ever worked. This was largely due to a couple of great CEO's during the time, a very supportive team of colleagues and the knowledge that we were working for one of the best companies in its field. In the early days, there was a real team spirit and management showed a true interest in development opportunities and ensuring that we all had a good work life balance.

I am still in touch with colleagues working at Cascaid and am aware that sadly, with changes in CEO over the last few years - the company ethos has changed. However, these colleagues have remained with the company for many years, which surely speaks for itself.

I have always had great support from Management during my time at CASCAID enabling me to progress my career - including undertaking formal training and qualifications.
