The pay was decent enough.

I experienced harrassment, from one manager in particular. When I spoke with fellow employees about this, I was told this is how she is to everyone. They explained that they know what it's like, and they've taken it upon themselves to try and get other people through the position. I found out that management had been told about this person in particular, multiple times, yet they still aren't getting it taken care of. There is no real HR department, so if you have problems you don't have anyone to speak with in confidence.

Small company - nice clients and co-workers

Major micro-management - Operations Mgr unorganized, procrastinates & creates unnecessary last minute stress.
