      Pros

      Hours are long but time off is good as well. Money is great. Overtime is ok

      Cons

      Most of the people there have been there a long time and they have a tendency to train like the Marines. By belittling, insulting and holding grudges for any mistake made. Lots of the guys with seniority sleep during their shifts while the new people work without their breaks
