      Pros

      Decent pay for the area, benefits are not real great. You can work as much overtime as you want or are willing to.

      Cons

      Older complex with outdated equipment and structures. Not a real good future to advance unless you are Canadian. The union against management is not always working for the better of the employees and is selfish when working for wage increases.
