Unprofessional, archaic, unorganized - Anonymous employee Cascades Employee Review

The Eau Claire office location is worn down, disorganized, outdated, and messy. I worked in the office. The processes are menial, employees are discouraged from thinking out of the box, and the amount of time and money wasted on day to day processes is alarming. The company itself seems to have the right idea, but local management and HR are barely operating at industry standards.
