      Pros

      Cascades is a good place to start a career as they offer farley good start and good environment. The teams and the immediate managment are amazing - friendly, knowledgeable and supportive

      Cons

      Unfortunately the company is not investing in the training and development of its employees. There are limited or none existing chances for promotions or proffesional growth coming with the years of experience.
