Great products, market leader in green and sustainability,leader in recyclable recovery some really good people working in this company and a myraid of other great things going for the company but
Cons
the company mircomanages people, has done nothing with its latest acquition in Granby.Good people are leaving, the wrong people are running some divisions and lacking insight into the distribution business-time to get our of the this malaise and shake up the staleness that exists within but unlikely to change.Salaries are too low and so is the pride of its people in its company
