      Better treatment than received at other refrigeration shops, with regard to warranty calls or billable hours vs paid hours. Yes, it's quite common in the refrigeration industry to be docked pay for warranty service calls.

      Cons

      Management doesn't have a clear, guiding focus or goal, other than wringing out as much profit as possible.

      Owners are caring individuals that oversee daily operations. Employees are welcoming to new employees and very helpful. Low turn over.

      Work space is open concept. Must adapt to continuous conversations.
