      They value mental health. They're the best at what they do.

      Cons

      They have a lot of turnover and aren't great at training the new staff. While I was there I saw standards slip and then got fired after an incident.

      It's a very relaxed environment, friendly employees, and the students are respectful and responsible.

      It's calm, relaxed, with plenty of downtime.

      -accessible leadership -committed to best evidence based practice -positive employee culture -they care about their employees experience and wellbeing -growth minded-always striving to do/be better

      Cons

      -Commute/accessibility -can be emotionally taxing work -lack of more comprehensive benefit packages (401k, paid maternity/family leave, etc.)
