      Pros

      Today was my last day, I'm moving to Kansas with my family. Anyways I just wanted to say the cascade team is amazing! There techs are very educated and professional! I wish I did not have to leave because I loved working here! I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family!

      Cons

      There are no cons to working here other then every once in awhile you have to work on a Saturday! It's not that bad tho ;)

      The pay is decent and you have the chance to earn quite a bit

      Cons

      Work load can be very low in the cold seasons almost enough to where you don't have Work multiple days in a row
