When I started I had no knowledge about anything regarding pest control and little knowledge about what the job entailed. They gave me an opportunity and it's been almost 2 years and I have stability and I feel owners and managers care about me and my personal and professional growth. They appreciate me and my hard work and it is always noticed by feedback and constant training on an industry that there is so much to learn. I am happy and I enjoy my job very much and the great team I work with as well.
