      Im convinced these 5 start reviews are fake so they can boost their ratings. This place is the worst. NO PROS AT ALL.

      Cons

      They dont care about you, very long hours, you will spend 3 weeks away out of the month MINIMUM. Not paid nearly enough for the hard labor and total demand of the job. Management ONLY cares about money.

      Cascade works hard to keep a focus on employees. This is evident by how much repetition goes into safety messaging and the rate of internal hires/promotions.

      Cons

      The business is very competitive and there is a lot of pressure.

      Work Life Balance, friendly coworkers, and interesting projects

      Cons

      Management is all over the place with policies and procedures and there is a lot of turn over in terms of upper management. Every few years, we are expected to report to someone new, with an entirely different skill set and directives.
