Pros
Great company, organized and well ran by one of the best CEO I have ever worked for! This company really cares about their employees, little turnover infact many of the original staff still works there. Support, benefits, pay and integrity! Would still be there if lack of business in Fl forces us to close Fl operations.
Cons
Most of the company's business is concentrated mostly in the northwest close to company headquarters. Would have loved to see company put more effort into growing sales in other parts of country including southeast!
