The clients can have the sweetest families in the world who treat you like you are part of their family. I've also worked with some awesome clients who will make you forget that you're actually at work. The hours are extremely flexible and I was always able to pick and adjust times to fit my schedule. The flexibility also allowed me to take off time whenever I needed to do so, even at the last minute.

The pay was a few dollars lower than what I was originally told I would be making for working with a certain age group, which in this position means that you'll need another job or two on the side to support yourself. The paperwork is extremely tedious and I have had clients who made it nearly impossible to finish the required paperwork during most shifts, which means that it must be finished on unpaid time (if I had to do it over again, I would stick to just one family to keep the amount of paperwork down).
