Pros
The relationships I built at carya are incredible. They are great at supporting staff to shine, bring their own umph to the projects and work They have great benefits, and salaries for the most part are great
Cons
The reason I say "feels like family" is because they are great at ensuring everyone feels belonging and are supported....in their position. I don't see much opportunity for growth or an attempt to see what employees can offer beyond their job description.
