      Pros

      Junges, tolles Unternehmen, das viel Wert auf die Mitarbeiter legt, dass es uns gut geht. Alle stehen 100% hinter dem Startup - jeder einzelne weiss, dass er massgeblich zum grossen Erfolg mitbeiträgt. Tolle Mitarbeiter, tolle Chefs/Coaches. Entscheidungen werde sehr schnell getroffen und jeder wird angehört und man geniesst hier das Vertrauen und trägt grosse Verantwortung.

      Cons

      Wer nicht agil ist und in einem agilen Startup Umfeld sich nicht wohl tut, könnte sich nicht wohl fühlen.

      - Sales process are up-to-date - 5 weeks vacation

      Cons

      - Salary is very low for a sales manager (less than 70 – 75k yearly) - Micro management is key - Absoltuy, no career opportunities in sales (management is aware that sales usually stay max 1 to 1,5 year within the company, and they are totally fine with it) > high turnover - Good luck to all new starters
