Everything is Good, except the salary

- Salary Increment - HR are not friendly

- Great environment and friendly people (mostly). - Modern, startup like office. - Subsidized lunch - Flexible office time (8-5/9-6)

- Sudden layoffs - Top Management from the mother company (US Bangla) makes every single decision i.e. what will be the responsibilities of junior executives. - Department heads have almost no say in anything as HR and top mgt. makes the decisions for them. - HR hold major power over employee layoffs not considering the employee performance. - Change in JD every 2 months. - No promotion, no increment. - No other benefits except subsidized lunch.
